Introducing Tokenized Diem

The next step in VVV's tokenomics is here.

Venice is soon tokenizing the Diem unit, enabling VVV holders to mint Diems.

As per the API today, 1 Diem = $1 of credit per day

What's changing is that these Diem units will be able to be minted by anyone who has VVV. This enables the long-requested "compute marketplace," and should simplify the API dynamics for crypto users.

We are not announcing this on X or via public blog yet; first step is to communicate to the Venice community, to ensure that VVV holders understand what Diem is and how it improves the dynamics of VVV.

App Updates

• Thumbs up and Thumbs down rating buttons have been added to responses to help us gauge sentiment on model performance over time. These ratings will be used by our team to help understand which models are working well relative to each other on the Venice platform.
  

  

• Added a notification bell to the Venice Social Feed to provide feedback when other users like posted content.

• Added a notification above the chat box that shows when custom system prompts are enabled.

• Fixed a bug that was causing EXIF data to be stripped out when downloading images via the contextual menu.

• Improved subscription management pages with additional tool tips and user surveys.

API Updates

• Added API key details endpoint. API docs have been updated.
