What is Venice.ai’s refund policy for Pro?

Venice.ai does not offer refunds for Pro subscriptions. Once a payment is processed, it is final. This policy is outlined in our Terms of Service.

To cancel a Pro subscription:

  1. Open the chat history drawer (top left) and click your username (bottom left).

  2. On the Account Info menu, click Manage Subscription.

  3. On the billing page, select Cancel subscription.
