To mint DIEM you need to lock sVVV at the current Mint Rate. The Mint Rate determines how much sVVV is required to mint 1 DIEM and increases as supply grows. After minting, DIEM appears in your wallet as an ERC-20 token. You can mint on the Venice token dashboard at https://venice.ai/token
