What is the new inflation and staking model after the DIEM launch?

Annual VVV emissions are 10 million per year as of August 20, 2025, down from 14 million. Staker yield is 80 to 100 percent of emissions: VVV staked without minting DIEM earns 100 percent, while sVVV locked to back minted DIEM earns 80 percent while locked.
