22,000 tokens and still not enough for voice

I purchased your pro plan five days ago and I’m being told that my credits on your voice plan are already gone. I have more than 22,000 tokens and nobility to renew or increase voice plan when I purchased the voice plan. I asked the AI about running out of voice plan “credits” and was told that that had never happened and yet five days later they run out with no ability to renew or anything else. This is quite a frustrating situation people I feel like I didn’t buy for $200 a month, but I was told I was buying.
