A better Upscaler with more upscaling options.

The current upscaler of Esrgan while ok for landscapes, does not do well for everything, and actually creates tears and artifacting in the images at higher resolutions. The top three choices I recommend for better Overall upscaling are:

1- 4xNomos8kSCHAT-L ← you want the PyTorch version as it is the most effective, but also the largest of them all.

2- 4xRealWebPhoto_V4_dat2 ← you want the PyTorch version as it is the most effective, but also largest but not as large as Nomos above.

3- 4x-ClearRealityV1 ← The lightest and fastest of them all, but still very effective.

Two runners up would be:

TGHQFace8× and 4xFaceUpSharpDAT The latter being the larger and more effective one.

The ones below are all the upscalers I have used that do well overall, but the three above are the best out of all of them, as they work for all images and I have not encountered artifacting/banding/tears, but I have not done tests of thousands of images so the community would test them better.
