Add a face-lock toggle + reinstate a top-tier uncensored editor

Uncensored editing is our reason for being on Venice, and right now it's

the weakest part of the platform.

Two asks:

1. Face-lock / identity-preservation toggle. Face drift is the #1

   editing complaint. It's solved in open source (PuLID / IP-Adapter /

   a face cleanup pass). One toggle fixes it.

2. Reinstate a 2511-class uncensored editor. Qwen Edit 2511 was retired

   and qwen-edit now routes to "Qwen Edit Uncensored" — so the uncensored

   path is the downgrade path. Also consider Flux Kontext / HiDream /

   OmniGen2 rather than only retiring what works.

Why:

- Same missing capability breaks images AND video at volume — no

  consistent character anywhere.

- Heavy users churn on friction, and it reads as price sensitivity in

  the metrics, so the reflex fix (sell more credits) misses it.

- Lost a Plus user last month: ~300 videos + extra credits (~$250/mo).

  Not price. Friction. Account deleted.
