Add an additional 70B-100B model.

I've observed the recent model updates, and while the progression is appreciated, I think there's a noticeable gap between the 24-32B and 402B models. Adding an intermediate model in the 70-100B range, like the Llama-4-Scout-17B-16E-Instruct (109B), could provide a more balanced option for users who require more capability than the smaller models offer but don't need the full scale of the 402B model.
