Add Answer Overflow Integration to Discord

Integrating Answer Overflow would be hugely helpful in allowing users to see if questions they’ve asked have already been answered before asking them. 

Essentially, It makes the content of channels you pick accessible outside of Discord and allows people to ask questions to a chatbot with access to said content. Otherwise Discord servers are a bit of a black hole of information, but this makes it so people are able to find that content and join the server.

Even if you don’t want to integrate with Answer Overflow specifically, having this feature would be incredibly helpful, as it’s currently really frustrating to find information about certain Venice features or see if other users have solved a given problem.
