Add Local Timestamps to Messages

I can’t count how many times I have gone to check what time a chat was sent and realised that there is no timestamp.

Proposal:

• Add a timestamp (e.g., "13:45”)

• Automatically format timestamps based on the user’s local timezone.

• Allow the time to be clickable to see more information ie. full date.
