Add persistant language-selection

TL;DR

As far as I can tell, the language-selection for Venice isn’t permanently saved to a cookie when closing the browser. Can we change that, so the selection stays persistant?

Detailed Description of the Problem

I’m german, so my browser-settings are in german, but I like to have the UI of Venice (and many other websites) to be in english, so that I can screenshot / share them more easially and participate in discussions.

Everytime I restart my browser I have to re-select the UI-language from the default-selected german to english. On another PC I tried to set my browser-settings to english, and Venice opened up in english from the get-go. So my guess is that Venices’ language gets selected on the local language of the browser.

Possible Solution

In itself this is a good feature, because newcomers can enjoy the website in their own language, so a non-destructive way to fix the problem would probably be to safe the selected language in a cookie, just like the login data. The cookie should then take a higher priority than the browsers’ language in setting Venices’ UI language.

Thank you for your consideration and have a nice day :)
