Adetailer Or Similar Toggle Added

Please, for the love of all that is unholy add a toggle for Pro users that automatically masks and fixes trouble areas like eyes, hands, fingers, feet, and toes. If not during image generation add it to the edit image feature, upscaler, or its own module to the interface you guys are using on the backend. I feel like this would save tons of compute instead of generating over and over again and blindly hoping for a good image/fix.
