Ai adaptive context elicitation

 The ai is to have a mode which can automatically decide whether to ~ as well as how much at once, or in how many steps ~ elicit context of the user before providing it’s response. Similar to thinking, the ai should only request more context of the user if it would dramatically changes the output response, or if the output response is relatively meaningless without greater context.

author note: this a philosophically inspired feature request. While many users may want direct answers, it is also true that we don’t always know how to intelligently ask a question, especially in fields for which we do not have expertise. The ai is to know when to behave a bit more like a consultant or field expert, and only if necessary for quality output, ask us of the necessary details our promt was missing.
