All the new models (the top ones) give the “thinking…” response

I’ve noticed today that all the models, no matter which one you choose of the top new ones, they all do the “thinking…” after you enter your prompt. It’s like they’re all reasoning ones, no matter which one you pick. Is this intentional, or is there something going on?
