Allow API Keys to be used as Gift Codes for Pro on Venice.ai

This would be great and very easy way for people who stake a lot of VVV to sell or share their excess capacity with others who simply want to use the Venice.ai website as Pro.

Essentially API keys as gift codes for temporary Pro Venice.ai accounts (no email or accounts required, just enter API key on Venice.ai)
