Allow characters to see pictures

with the new Gwen3 model that has vision and is excellent at character RP, let characters that run a vision model be able to react to pictures you sent it while staying true to their character. All the parts are there, just need the ability to do it. It would open up so many ways to engage with characters in a fun and creative way.
