Allow folder deletion, without deleting the related characters

In folder list, the delete button for characters should delete only the folder, not the character itself. It’s not because I’m not longuer interested by the chats and want to cleanup the list, that I want to remove the characters behind (particularly public ones).

If I want to delete the character, I can already go in the character section.
