Allow NSFW edits/inpaint for AI-generated images

As far as I understand, the main reason of prohibiting NSFW image editing is to avoid situations when photos of real people are edited in an inappropriate way.

I suggest to allow NSFW editing for images generated by the Venice ai platform while still prohibiting such edits for user-uploaded images. This should keep protection of real people’s photos while allowing more flexible workflow for generation of NSFW AI content.
