Allow specifying Akash attributes

Venice uses Akash as its inference backend. Akash supports a set of “attributes” that are advertised by its individual providers, which can be specified as being audited by a given independent auditor.

It would be easy to implement, and a valuable functionality, for users to be able to specify filters on these attributes, such that their inference requests are limited to providers which have had their deployment independently audited.
