backup restores image session metadata and image counts, but all restored image assets display red exclamation marks

From mobile Chrome iOS 26.5.2 to desktop Chrome on Mac 26.4.1 is not working; it says successful but when I check history there are all sessions with (!) explanation apparently an error please take a look
