Blocked video generation still using credits.

It's very bad when you create a prompt that seems to work and then when you do it again, changing nothing, the system flags it as blocked! It still uses the credits though. Even if something goes wrong and the system terminated the generation it still uses the credits. The system should only use credits if it finished the task.
