Bring back the prompt and adjustment sliders to image upscaling.

I really liked being able to add details and guidance during the upscale, and being able to adjust the “temperature” and “adherence.”

Make the new “streamlined” mode a toggleable option, but bring back the fine tuning controls for power-users.
