Char data base used only when called

Ran into an issue where I had so many system prompts that it overloaded all the models. (See the pictures provided.)

 I'm requesting a data base that would load a char if called upon by the AI or the user. Using this method would allow the user to not have to enable or disable system prompts to create a story in chat mode. Use this method also could allow for AI to talk to each other and disable and enable each char when needed instead of being feed through the AI.  One Char could be put on hold when not needed to save resources and then when called be placed back on into the conversation.  

This would make a very interesting set up on AI communicating with eachother from a data base created by the user.
