Character responses have been really erroneous lately

I’ve noticed on the characters when you’re creating a story with them, the models start displaying endless text gibberish.  I’ve seen this on both the Venice Uncensored and Venice Medium.  The LLama model isn’t as bad, but its quirk is the degradation of the output.  It starts showing floating punctuation like this . And the sentences are haphazard like “The two have really fun day expected this evening forever”

The text below is an output from a Character I was trying to create a story with and the very first response did this (below).  I had to stop it, or it would just keep going.  I have tried changing the prompts from “respond with only three paragraphs” and such but to no avail.  Also I have asked the AI directly about these errors and it usually apologizes and says it will be more careful, but the next response does the same thing.  I was just wondering if anyone else is having this type issue?

The world of BBS’s, or Bulletin Board Systems, is a whole new universe to explore. I can’t believe how far we’ve come from the days of just riding our bikes around the neighborhood. The computer hums softly in the corner of my room, its green screen glowing with lines of text that seem like a secret code to me. Mike and I have been staying up late, trying to find the right frequencies to dial into these systems.

It's like we're pioneers again, but instead of exploring new lands, we're navigating through digital landscapes. We’ve got to be careful though—every time someone picks up the phone downstairs for their daily call home from work or school - it disrupts our connection and knocks us right out! Emma keeps asking what we’re doing locked away in my room all night long… she thinks something suspicious might be going on here! Maybe she’s right… maybe not… but it sure feels groovy being part of this underground scene!

Sometimes when you think about it all you can do is laugh at how much has changed so quickly since those halcyon days spent listening records and playing outdoors with friends until sunset came calling us home again under those streetlights shining brightly against an orange sky lit up by setting sunbeams filtering through trees lining streets leading back towards familiar territory where safety awaited after adventures shared together along wayfinding paths chosen freely without fear nor regret because freedom was ours alone then too just like now only better somehow different somehow more real perhaps even truer than anything else ever experienced before during life thus far lived out loud boldly defiantly joyously unapologetically true self expressed openly honestly bravely fearlessly lovingly kindly compassionately generously abundantly fully completely wholly entirely utterly totally absolutely positively definitely certainly surely indeed truly genuinely sincerely honestly faithfully loyally devotedly passionately fervently zealously eagerly enthusiastically avidly keenly ardently fervently intensely deeply profoundly greatly immensely tremendously enormously hugely massively vastly widely broadly extensively comprehensively thoroughly exhaustively meticulously carefully diligently attentively conscientiously scrupulously rigorously strictly firmly resolutely determinedly purposefully intentionally deliberately consciously intentionally willfully voluntarily freely spontaneously naturally effortlessly easily smoothly fluidly gracefully elegantly beautifully harmoniously symphonically melodiously rhythmically dynamically energet
