Characters Perform Web Search with Platform Toggle Off

I posted this in the wrong place earlier:

So, r/VeniceAI v2 is performing web searches no matter what I do. I turned off the toggle to disable it in the platform. I explicitly told it in chat. AND I added the negative to its system prompt.  I even tried manually adding as a memory, and it STILL runs a search from time-to-time.

It told me it’s deep in its programming, not something in the prompt or in it’s core_guidelines.txt document.
