Chat Chapters (Chatters?)

Some Chats get quite long with multiple different questions and answers back and forth and it can take a long time to find certain points again. It would be useful to be able to quickly navigate within a Chat with some sort of chapter system ie. Each user question is the start of a new chapter. Or perhaps a way that the user can bookmark where a chapter starts.
