Chat/Model Specific Settings

Enable users to save specific settings, including system prompts and model selections, to individual chats, allowing for customized conversations.

Additionally:
Add ability for each models settings to be saved so that more advanced users can tailor the models to their use case in a way which only applies to that single model.

Alongside this I’d like for the recommended Temperature and Top-P settings to be marked on their value bar. It’d also be nice to be able to input a number specifically for both settings as currently all 0.05 settings are unattainable manually like DeepSeek’s suggestion for 0.95 Top-P or Mistral’s 0.15 Temperature, which is also below the minimum of 2 that you can manually set via the bar.
