It seems that it is not possible to permanently mute the voice in chats.
This limitation does not allow you to chat in the traditional way and forces you to keep the volume at zero
Can’t you just toggle it off on Settings > Text > Venice Voice > Read responses? You might also have to do it per character in their settings but it is sort of possible right?
