Choose where to append a system prompt (start vs end)

Currently I think what is sent to the AI is:
[System prompts in named alphabetical order], [the entirety of the chat so far], [the current message I just sent]
I've found that it does not take long at all for the AI to start to ignore system prompts, and adding something as simple as " (remember the rules)" to the end of my prompt completely fixes it.
However that's extremely annoying, and I have to edit my prompt to delete it after the fact.
So I want to be able to choose if my system prompts show up at the start or the end of the whole prompt.

Just another checkbox in this menu that changes if it gets appended at the start or the end
