Code blocks and numbering messed up

Please find below examples of long-standing issues (from Q4 2024 at least) with code blocks and numbering in output text points.

1. Numbering is messed up on certain responses containing code blocks; I'm not sure if this is due to the model itself or if it is due to how Venice renders the output, or a combination of factors; I've had no issues with same models and same requests on other platforms (such as HuggingChat, Deepseek chat, and Qwen Chat) so I'm leaning towards this being a Venice-specific issue; the issue happens both with and without Venice System Prompt disabled; please see example below:
