How can the Venice Community collaboratively build Characters they want?

Use Featurebase, but instead of (Feature Requests) asking the Venice team to complete, it can be (Character Requests) that the Venice Community creates.

Allow Featurebase users to suggest characters they would like to see and have community link Public Characters that resolve that need.
