Complaint from a Pro user — Inadequate treatment of paying members

I am writing as a Pro user to express my dissatisfaction with the way paying members are being treated regarding image generation and photo editing.

In Venice, users are given up to a thousand free images per day, but those are images created from scratch. The problem is that Venice does not handle sequential images well, and when a user asks for something as simple as a retouch to improve the quality of an existing photo, credits are charged.

This feels unfair for paying members. A Pro subscription should include basic photo enhancement and quality improvement without requiring additional credits for every simple edit. Improving the resolution, color, sharpness, or overall quality of a photo should be considered a basic feature for subscribers, not an extra paid action.

As a paying user, I believe this policy creates a poor experience and does not reflect fair value for members who already support the service through a subscription.

I kindly ask you to reconsider this system and offer Pro users a fairer allowance for photo retouching, enhancement, and quality improvement, especially when the request is not to create a brand-new image but simply to improve an existing one.
