Complete revamp of the Character Page

Currently, the character page only displays the most recent public characters. Eventually, as new characters are published, the older characters naturally get lost to time and buried in the list of almost 3000 characters (which in itself is impressive).

My idea is to revamp this page and make the bots more discoverable. This can be done in several ways: 1) make a “top rated creators" and “top rated characters" section that's available right from the character page, 2) showcase certain popular creators or bots as a sort of “editor's choice", 3) a searchable and browseable directory of characters broken down by genre, 4) fix the tag system. The tag system is horribly broken. Selecting a tag should show all bots with that tag regardless of whether the mature filter is activated (perhaps mature bots could have a visual indicator line a red border or something, just an idea), it should be possible to put a tag in the search bar and search for it (this currently doesn't work).

Venice is the best character chat bot platform currently on the market and with a few tweaks it could be the go-to place for AI characters.
