Comprehensive Roadmap

Abstract:
A roadmap serves the purpose of directing a line of expectation and shared vision. Its rather critical for long-term investors to understand what the long-term roadmap is. Its more non-specific/generalized and over years. Not specific with features over weeks.

If there isn’t one, then its left up to speculation, hopes and interpretation. This is where we're at currently. What is the bigger vision to coalesce the community around?

Proposal:
1. Rework the current Roadmap into a more comprehensive vision for the long term.
- Quarterly Segments (or budget/order of deliverables criteria), Goal Orientated, Big ticket items and long-term vision/planning.
2. Create sub-section for “WIP” (Work in progress), where current features in-planning and development are highlighted.

This can be formatted via KPI’s with adoption/network utilization, treasury balances, or timescale. As development is often a difficult thing to pinpoint timewise, the roadmap can be formatted as an ‘order of operations’ with budget milestones (optional).

Phase 2:
-Model Expansion (Film/Video/Music)
-Compute Network Expansion (VCU)
-Integrated Agentic Frameworks

Phase 3:
-VCU Marketplace (Compute Lending/Borrow).
-Business Partnership and Referral Incentives
-Mobile App and Scaling Adoption

Phase 4:
-Integrated App Store w/ Venice apps/tools
-Developer Incentives/Grants
-Marketing/Brand awareness and drive (Venice Foundation & Annual Conference).
