Cosmetic customization of chat box and side panel

We would really appreciate:
- a way to set a background picture (preferably generated by a cheap visual model),
and to choose how blurry it is (maybe 0 25 50 75%)

- a list of optional designs for the textbox and section side panel
(border color, filling color, transparency, image as a border).
