Add a larger cap to the Context (Input + Output) Allowing more custom Characters, Roleplays, and even D&D adventures. Giving Context is very cools for source materials and helps guild the convo and Rp, but giving context lowers the memory for the actual conversations so you will get lots of repetitions despite settings.

Solutions Increasing the cap from 27,000 (20,250 Words) OR make a higher subscription tier allowing users to pay for more memory for their Ai’s Even a very long roleplays if you are consistent with Your character chat you will eventually hit this upper limit. With Each post beings arounds 200 words or way more if requested. So with 100 messages sent it no longer tracks the information or conversations wells anymore.
