Custom instruction configuration for the memory system.
The current system often proves redundant, accumulating repetitive information and failing to select which data to retain. To address this, it would be excellent to include an option to customize or override the collection rules. This would give the user full control over what type of memories the AI should manage and how they should be structured.

Fully agreed!
Being able to control what the platform will add to the memories and insights,
being able to predict and organize that in the character intructions without getting any surprises,
that would do a lot for the experience.
Currently, that only works reliably with user preferences and character sheet,
but many other information that I ask the system to memorize, like a character’s aligment are ignored, and I can’t find documentaiont explaining why.
I know that the insight and memories can’t be updated fast.
I use them for character peristant changes rather than short term status like mood, but that doesn’t change the problem.
