Custom UI background images

Feature request: Custom UI background images (with transparency control)

I’d love an option to replace the current solid-color/flat background with a custom background image for the Venice UI (browser + mobile, if possible).

What I’m asking for

• A setting to upload or select a background image for the main chat UI.

• A transparency/opacity slider (or “dim background” slider) so the background can be subtle or prominent without harming readability.

• Ideally, the opacity control applies independently to:

  • the background image

  • the chat surface (message area) overlay

Why this matters The default UI is clean, but it’s also visually uniform. Allowing background images with an opacity slider would give users maximum customization while keeping the interface readable. It’s an easy way to make Venice feel more personal without changing core functionality.
