Data Storage Bug

Classic chat writes conversations to browser storage but never adds them to the chat drawer index. Conversations vanish from the drawer on tab close yet are fully recoverable via their URL. Agent chat indexes correctly. Deleting a chat increases site data rather than reclaiming it. Reproduced on iOS Safari: site data went 73.0 MB → 75.7 MB after a short classic chat, and 72.0 MB → 73.0 MB after deleting an agent chat. Roughly 3 MB added per conversation.
