Disabling “Input History Navigation” in the App setting sidebar doesn’t do anything

When I disable that option, input history navigation with the up and down arrow keys is still enabled.

considering that disabling this option doesn’t work, perhaps disabling telemetry collection doesn’t actually do anything also, as I can’t test that.
