Don't remove Venice Medium

I appreciate the work you've been doing to add lots of new models. I want to request that Venice Medium remains maintained and available though. The reason for this is that most of the private models available are built on the open source Chinese models. These have the better part of their training on Chinese and English sources. Venice Medium, built on Mistral Small, has a basis in Europe and is the best model I've found for European language translation, understanding cultural nuances. I'm not aware of any other model that handles the European connect as well.
