Download TTS voiced text as audio files (wav, ogg, mp3?)

The new TTS is awesome for characters and voicing text in the chat, but I’d like to be able to extract the spoken text as audio files if possible. Like a “download this text as audio file”, in whatever audio format is easiest for you, like wav, ogg or mp3 I think.

Though, a caveat with the TTS voice is that would be ideal to not have it be available nor automatically kick in if the message contains MarkDown formatting, code blocks, (skip over links/URLs), or something else that wouldn’t make sense with a voice to preserve its use to applicable moments only.
