Drag-and-Drop Chat Reordering & Improved Folder Management

Summary:
Currently, Venice allows users to create folders, but chat organization remains limited. Users cannot reorder chats within character folders or move entire character folders to custom folders without detaching the chat from its original character profile. A drag-and-drop system for reordering chats and properly moving entire character folders would improve usability.

Requested Features:

1. Drag-and-Drop Chat Reordering

   • Allow users to manually reorder chats within character folders.

   • Enable repositioning of chats in custom folders for personalized organization.

2. Full Character Folder Movement

   • Enable entire character folders (not just individual chats) to be moved into custom folders.

   • Ensure that moving a chat to a folder doesn’t detach it from its original character.

3. Improved Folder Management

   • Allow users to rename and reorder folders for better customization.

   • Optional: Enable collapsing/expanding folders for a cleaner UI.
