Enable Claude Code compatibility

GLM-4.6 is a great LLM when used with Claude Code. You can try it using ZAI directly, but that has privacy issues: https://docs.z.ai/devpack/tool/claude.
It would be good to see Venice API being compatible with Claude Code in the same way.
