Enable Cmd+K Model Switching in Venice AI

As a power user of Venice AI, I frequently switch between models depending on my task. Currently, this requires navigating menus, which disrupts workflow efficiency.

I would like a way to bring up a model list using cmd+k and being able to select a model using a Number or arrow keys with my most used models at the top.
