Extend x402 settlement beyond Base USDC to multiple chains

Love that Venice already supports x402. Being able to pay for inference with just a wallet and no API key is exactly where agent tooling should be going.

The one thing holding it back for me is that it only settles in USDC on Base. In practice, agents and teams keep their stablecoins all over the place, and if someone's USDC is sitting on Arbitrum or Solana, they have to bridge over to Base before they can even pay Venice. That bridging step kind of kills the whole "just pay and go" feeling that makes x402 nice in the first place.

It also feels a little out of step with the rest of the API. The RPC proxy already handles 11 chains, but payments are stuck on one. Closing that gap would let people pay from wherever they already hold funds.

I run Solvador, a multi-chain x402 facilitator, so I'm biased here, but this is also exactly the problem we solve. We're listed on x402.org next to Coinbase and Polygon, and we handle settlement across 14+ networks (Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Avalanche, Solana, NEAR and more) behind a single integration. So supporting more chains wouldn't mean Venice building per-chain payment infra. It's mostly swapping in a facilitator that already does the multi-chain part.

Happy to help with the integration if it's useful. Either way, more chains for x402 would be a big unlock.
