External local TTS apps

Please make it so that Venice can optionally use (for free) external local running TTS apps that are running on the users machine. Since the apps would be running on the user’s computer then it won’t cost Venice any inference to do this, other than passing the text onto the TTS app via API. Please supper a verity of efficient TTS apps that allow zero shot encoding.
