File creation capabilities

essentially, the ability to request a txt file or other formats. This would speed up the ability to do coding work or various other jobs, especially in agentic chats, where the agent could code and create the file to download. Ideally this would mean even being able to download a whole backend folder with all the files once the chat created them in its process of writing the code for the files. 

Additionally, having a folder-style capability, it would allow you to make adjustments within a specific folder of files that the chat makes on its own. It could also be able to do quick QC checks on the whole project it is working on.
