Filter IN txt files in context by default

I uses txt files for Context in my characters. When I click on “Upload a file”, the File Dialog window comes up and it’s filtering for PDF files ONLY by default. But it should filter for both PDF and TXT files, since those are the options that the upload accepts.

It’s a small thing and should take a half a second to fix, but it will make my life easier. :)
