Folder Sorting Behavior Setting

Currently when a new chat is moved into a folder, that folder becomes the “recent” top of the list. However, when there are many folders, chat management becomes a problem as the position of the folders will keep changing.

For now, instead of creating a user-custom sort, just for simplicity and ease of development, a setting to either disable the sort by recent, or set a sort by alphabetical (ascending or descending) would probably be better.
